Dinner for Jeff Johnson

In the next few days, Jeff Johnson @jeffthewalker will complete his epic 6 month Clockwise Round Aust charity trip in his Nissan Leaf ! ! !

I'm keen to organise a dinner in Sydney for anybody who will come Slack / TMC / TOCA / AEVA / Leaf ppl. What night would people think best ? Sat (but maybe ppl are already booked esp with xmas stuff), Sun (often ppl stay at home) or Mon (weeknight) ???????

Looking like Sunday 1pm meeting at the Chargepoint charger on the top level of the Chatswood Westfield carpark then head off for a bite maybe at that big Chinese restaurant there. There is some AEVA interest too.

Otherwise maybe that evening. Confirming with Jeff now.

Congratulations to Jeff for travelling clockwise around Australia in his Nissan Leaf, a fantastic effort in a country of such vast distances between populations.
While spending a few months in Collie Western Australia over the winter Jeff took the time to make the nearly 400km round trip from Collie up to Perth to attend WA branch AEVA meetings or on occasions he would help out with AEVA displays on weekends, Jeff was always happy to promote the benefits of EVs and on this journey raise awareness for NETS (Newborn and paediatric Emergency Transport Service).
