Direct pickup in Netherlands

I have sent several emails to [email protected] but except autoreply noone seem to be reading this email. I hope I will get answer here.
I've heard Tesla will open a store in Slovenia, but there are no estimations when. As I would like to order my Tesla S now, I was wondering if anyone has gone through process of ordering a vehicle in "Other Europe" where there is no store, but is supported country where order is possible on Tesla's website. Does anyone know if ordering transport is a must or can I simply fly to Netherlands and drive back to Slovenia?
Any other suggestions or hints?

Would the car be delivered with Dutch plates?
If so you will need to file for export at an RDW desk. Can be a though thing not being a citizen.

If it's delivered without plate I suggest you order some transit plates in slovenia.
Your escape could be using German transit plates. Albeit it depends per country if they are accepted.
