Disable ESP/stability control

Perhaps a bit theoretical and technical, but there are many great minds in here so I give it a go.

AFAIK, there are noe apparent "guides" for newer Teslas to disble ESP, stability or traction control like the old S where you could just pull the right fuse.

I've done some research, and so far i see two solutions: either pull fuse F151 under the frunk (ABS pump), or remove the frunk liner and disconnect one of the ABS wheel sensors. Both of these will hopefully throw an error, that disables the ESP system - but is reversable without permanent error messages (i hope).

Does anyone have experience in trying out different ways of disabling ESP in AP2 Teslas? Or at lest some comments to my suggestions, before I try them out :)

PS: Its for driving on frozen lakes, a typical winter recrational hobby here in Norway. Not looney driving on public roads.
