Disapointing Delivery Experience

I will say this for the 100th time. The other manufactures are so lucky Tesla does not have the quality and support level of the industry leaders.

My model X is the best 4 wheeled vehicle I have driven (street vehicle). It is the best, most enjoyable daily driver money can buy.

You will love your car and the delivery experience will be a funny story for years to come.

100% agree! These guys would be formidable!!!!! but they aren't. They are actually blowing it on the back end.

Having taken delivery in SoCal this past March, I can tell you my experience was about the same as the OP. Wait until you have to take it in for service...

We here in California may have the luxury of Superchargers at every Starbucks, but we also have to deal with the absolutely deplorable growing pains this company is going through.

Agree with the pains. My car quit and they fixed it quickly but the company they used to tell me to pick it up forgot to call. Duh!!

PS. How can I get a Supercharger at my Starbucks? I have to drive 1 mile past the Starbucks to get to the Supercharger. :(

wait...videos? You guys got videos before you got the car?

I went back and checked my email and all I've got is a few from the delivery specialist who arranged the delivery date. A 'coming soon', followed by a 'setup a time'. I gather there were supposed to be more, including some that explained things? I'll ask the folks at the local SC if they can fwd them to me.

Tesla only burns $9,000 per minute getting the Model 3 ramp together.

They could hire many capable people right out of TMC to do their deliveries.

Cash burn would go to about $12,000 per minute but the car would be flawless.

However there would be no warranty next year or working supercharger network because Tesla closed its doors.

I don’t envy their impossible situation of ramping up while not going bankrupt.
