Discoloration spots on frunk

Hey, has anyone seen this before?
I started noticing these sort of spots of discoloration around where I press to close the frunk.
I just washed the car hoping they would disappear but they are still there.
Know of anything that could remove these?

tried ONR, which is what I’ve been washing the car with.

Almost look like buffing marks but it appears the ‘T’ is partially on top of one so maybe not?

Probably wet sanded out some trash in the paint before the logo was placed. Didn't get buffed out like it should have. Could DIY or have them do it next time the car is at service.

Their paint environment needs work... But obviously they don't really care too much.
