I got a text about this which was a little disconcerting. I told the number to send me an email from a Tesla email account, which he did.
It's a very narrow program: Model S owners who have free supercharging (yay! that's me) who want another X or S (boo! that's not me). Anyways, I saw this on Teslarati which said that this was an extension of an earlier program for $3000. Maybe it will be extended to 3s and Ys. Maybe not.
