Is it normal for Tesla to add EAP to the upgrades list at the end of each quarter?

No. First time in the last year I think

Never seen it before. Since release Model 3 in the UK has only had FSD available apart from that brief period in September. Seeing inventory cars with a discount was also unique.

I guess it could be something we see again, perhaps even regularly... now they're realised they can.

Or it could be something to do with how close to a target they are. Over it, no point. Out of reach, no point. Close? Pull out all the stops.
