Can you imagine how much you would have had to pay even 10 years ago for performance like that, and all the other compromises? For all his ills and justified criticism, Musk has changed motoring for ever.

Why I love the car. And £1.5k for an extra .5 second at those figures is far better value than any ice car upgrade to get that increase.

Yes, the trick here is to use a quickshifter, press your chin on the tank and don't lift...

Hehe….indeed …(But you don’t need a quick shifter to do clutchless upshifts if you preload the gearshift and twitch the throttle … unfortunately whichever way you do it you can’t avoid getting it in the neck at your next stop!)

I am looking at getting a M3 - coming from a petrol audi s4.

I have looked at the tesla used inventory and its listing 0-60 times for the long range versions at 3.7 and 3.9

online reviews though give a slower 0-60 ?

what are the actual times for the long range M3

Is that significant? I’d look for sound machine with good battery. Maybe I’m just an old fuddy duddy...

Got one but I find that putting the seat cowl on works best

Well the good news is there’s plenty of room on the boot of a Model 3 for carting around guitar based gear to a practice studio, had an M3P for over 3 years, got the Y now
