No VIN yet but sensing soon
Got mobile charger delivered Friday 2/3
Wall charger being installed 2/10

Dang, seems like a common theme in Seattle area - pushing delivery out week by week.
I wouldnt worry about that. There is always someone who prefers the 21 over the 20 or 19 willing to do a swap with you. going from 19 to 21 is a different story thou.

Due to some financials, I wasn't ready to take the delivery and asked the SA to put my order on hold on Jan 20. The hold expired on Feb 2nd, but I still don't see an EDD on the app or on the webpage. The app says "We'll notify you when it's time to continue with your pre-delivery tasks" and the web shows Estimated delivery: TBD. Is this normal? How long does it generally take until the status updates after a hold?

That would not be reasonable. I've spoken enough with reputable installers of window tint products who don't do PPF, and to a man they've told me installers at the bottom end are a mistake. Can I find a few in my area under $900? Yes. But the guys with quality reputations coming up over and over start at $1,500. And I'm most certainly not in the Bay area.
I doubt that's going to happen. Just the film is going to be about $500 in retail. Any install shop worth their salt will do a good paint cleaning and correction before applying the film. It'll take 5-6 hours to apply the film for a full frontal - which is what you are describing even with the partial hood, which is the piece that's relatively easy to put on so it being partial doesn't save much time. you then factor in the shop's fixed costs, tools, supplies, etc... getting decent quality film under $1k is going to be tough.
And so the daily tease/torture continues...

It seems something wrong in the system. Have you checked with your SA?
I’m Seattle as well OD 1/29 with EDD of 3/12-3/31. No VIN. Hasn’t updated only day after order with my EDD.
Yes, she can take the delivery. Make sure she logins on the Tesla app with your id.
Congrats! I just picked up a MYLR Austin build red/black 19”. Panel gaps were perfect and no major issues.
