Can you still update to the newest software and it still works?

I was already on the latest software. I kept updating hoping it would fix it. So I did the nuclear option to try to get it working since my kids are driving me nuts without Disney+

Mine is now back and running fine with software update 2022.40.4.1 it had been down for approximately the last month. Happy days

Checked this morning and mine is working also. I'm on 2022.40.4.1 but it wasn't that update that fixed it as I tested after upgrading and it didn't work. I guess something on the back end of Disney or Tesla fixed it without any car update required.

Both S Plaid and X plaid

I just reset my car to factory and it fixed it. It’s a nuclear option but it worked.

will it void the warranty?

Oh good! I didn't get far in the app because Disney+ was not accepting the password I thought it was so I had to change the password. That's as far as I got because mom came back from her doctor's appointment and I can't fiddle with the screen while she's driving. (The car lets you do it, but I have no coordination to use touchscreens while moving.) At least I know our password now!

I find the best way to use the screen (as a passenger) when the vehicle is in motion, I use my thumb on the base of the screen, kinda like an anchor, then my fingers don’t get affected by movement of the car and you can press the buttons exact!
