They will cancel your appointment saying their engineering team is working on it. This is what I got from them at least.

Shame, I only subscribed to D+ yesterday. And it was mostly because it's something else the car can play. Looks good, can navigate around but once I choose something to watch it's a black screen forever

I called Disney today and they said they will work on it. They said I should let Tesla know., too. I think, based on all these messages, Tesla knows? They did not think it would be a quick solution - maybe take days or weeks.

Yeah I have the same problem. Just subbed to Disney + and when I click on a video it’s a black screen. Been waiting an hour and finally gave up

I have the same issue. I can log in and select a title but then the screen goes dark.

It’s really frustrating. I bought a Disney + subscription JUST to watch the nature show super/natural while waiting to pick up a friend. Guess no súper/natural for me.

Same issue on MYP. I have the most updated software version and won’t play Disney + everything else plays.
