DIY 14-50 Receptacle on a Post

I live in a condo building with a parking spot that is in front of my window, and got the green light to install a receptacle on a post. Our building already has outdoor 5-15 receptacles with wiring inside a metal post that is used for block heaters, but I thought it would just be easier to just add a new post than to re-run thicker gauge wire and have an oddly shaped enclosure on a post with several other identical enclosures/receptacles.

Ideally I'd like to do it myself, but I just want to make sure I do everything up to code. All the circuits from my breaker run down into a crawl space and split up from there, and they all currently appear to be either Metal Clad Cable or in Flexible Metal Conduit.

For the wiring, does it make sense to just get armored cable that is rated for outdoor all the way to the post? Are there pre-built posts with a 3R enclosure for a 14-50 receptacle?
