DIY bulk PPF on a model Y. Roll size?

I’m planning to do a whole car ppf on my model Y with 3M pro series. Does anyone know how big of a roll I would need? Or to be most efficient, is it multiple rolls in different sizes? Thank you!

Also any major tips would be helpful as well on difficult sections.

I haven’t lol but I’m pretty handy and I want to learn. I’m gonna do the most I can and if I fail I’ll just bring the panels I failed at to be done professionally. I’m doing it with my buddy who does ceramics coats and details. I’m sure we can get somewhere together.

I asked my brother in law who wraps professionally he said you need two 50' rolls and you will have some left over for your mistakes! Lol

Nevermind found out a factory roll is 60” x 50’.

That’s what I’m trying to figure out I can’t find em anywhere in stock. Any idea where your brother in law gets em? And what price? I thought they were like 500 a roll but I might me wrong and they might be closer to 2k a roll. But I honestly don’t know yet

There are pre cut options if you don’t want to buy a roll.

Try eBay, there used to some vendors selling PPF kits for Teslas. YouTube is the best source learning PPF. Looks fairly straightforward
