I have a 3d printer and this weekend I decided a project would be to design and test coat hooks for the MS w/pano (sunroof).

Tested a few sizes, and settled on this design: Coat hook for Tesla Model S by luckyjay

Works pretty well - fits snug and has enough width/strength that it seems like it will hold up for a while.

For the 99+% of people without a home 3D printer, could you post some pics? :)

The Thingiverse site shows a 3D rendering, but an action shot in the car would be nice.

Now we just need to 3D print some grab handles <g>

I just got these off ebay, I have the Model S, and my wife has the Model X. Both work great.

Would love to see one of these with a bottom hook offset 90 degrees to align behind the driver's seat and not obstruct vision out the rear side window.

Lol, true, but what isn't expensive with these cars. I just saw that the same supplyer is selling his drawer with coat hooks thrown in. If you need a drawer, that is a deal.

OK guys, who has the STL files. I have a 3D printer and access to a laser printer. Cost will be time and material.
