Do all models use the same leather interior?

Yes, vegan leather, as Tesla calls it, is the same quality. The only difference is the color (black or white for the MY).

Interesting side note, Tesla makes their own seats while many other automotive manufacturers buy their seats from a supplier.

Vegan, fancy way of saying plastic seats. To be honest with you I much prefer this as opposed to real leather. Wear and tear, comfort and upkeep far surpass real leather. Have Alcantara in the Mercedes, once again another fancy way of saying plastic seats.

Some report that the white colored seat material feels softer than the black colored seats. Both are man made polyurethane. More here:

I thought I would hate them like I hate the fake Mercedes leather, but I find them to be really nice looking, they have a nice feel and they are quite comfortable.

I like real leather and was disappointed it wasn't available in the MY. Like othere, I find the seat material almost as comfortable as new leather seats, more comfortable than leather seats that get slippery with age, and very easy to keep clean (black interior). I am happy with the "vegan leather."
