Do body shops make sure the car has a charge?

So I got into a minor accident and will need to replace the bumper and the driver side headlight and fog light. Given the current situation regrading wait times for body shops to receive the required parts from Tesla, it's safe to assume it can take anywhere from 3-4 months for me to get my car back after I drop it off. Tesla says that the car will normally discharge at a rate of 1% per day and I charge my car to 90% so if you do the math than the battery will be dead after 3 months. I was wondering if body shops prevent this from happening by charging the car if the battery gets too low. The body shop I'm using is Service King which is a Tesla approved body shop.
