Took the car into MK SC last week for some minor work, they need the car back again for the large paint issue. When I left the SC, the chap "booked me in" for Friday 15th, and a courtesy car would be provided.

Thats tomorrow..............not had any confirmation, no appointment on the Tesla app etc.

With other companies I would call and confirm, but obviously thats a long shot with Tesla.

Do you reckon I have an appointment?

raise a new service request, asking about 15th. In my experience they're very responsive - I raised a request on Saturday night and got a text first thing monday morning. If you raise one now I expect you'll be contacted today

If they have rebooked you it might not show in the App so they told me especially if its a third party paint shop job!

You could always consult my crystal ball... probably as much chance of knowing as the SC lol! Seriously, why not just call them and put your mind at rest?

Have you tried to call a SC recently? :D

Fortunately I have a very friendly and responsive SC manager at West Drayton I can email but he has to relay everything to the Virtual Service team.

I don't mind too much. But I think I am more patient and willing to work with the idiosyncrasies of the evolution of Tesla customer service than many! I try to nurture good relations with the humans I deal with - unless they mess me around, then a can be quite nasty! :D
