Hmm... have you tried a reboot? Unlikely to fix but always worth a try,
Or book a service appointment on the app (any time but make it a week out to give them time to deal with the query) and in the comments section say the FSD on your account hasn't been turned on in your car and can they investgate remotely or send a ranger. They may do it remotely. If it fixes itself then cancel the booking if they don't. You sadly can't ring service anymore.
What you have looks like AP only. FSD doesn't have a lot but you should see summon, autopark, lane change etc options from memory.
