The guy just mobile installed Tesla official winter tire package for my Model 3.

He did not even get into my car to do anything. He told me that I need drive a bit for TPMS to calibrate. But I did not see my Model 3 pick up the TPMS signal at all.

Anything that I need to do now?

No, you dont need to do anything. In a bit, the car will recognize that you have new tpms sensors and ask you what size tire you have on.

Thats it.

I cant see if you have AWD or RWD.

If you have RWD, and dont know, but you are going to lose the majority of brake regen. Even with the Tesla sold tires.

Tesla knows and I hope is working on it.

If you have AWD, its not an issue.

Good luck,

Vin

Yes. It is RWD. So far no brake regen warning.
