I would that could blow for any reason And cause even more issues…it could last till its eol but could blow when you hit a pot hole. Normally any crack on the tire that big is unsafe

Random people on an internet forum probably isn't the best place to be asking, I would drop by a tire shop to see what they say.

But since you're here... The sidewall is the thinnest part of a tire and that looks like it could lead to a blow out, drive carefully and get it checked out.
