Do I need to pay full before home delivery?

Do I need to pay full before home delivery? I looked through Tesla's frequently asked questions, still not clear.

As I understand, if you go to a Tesla store to pick it up, you may bring a cashier's check. However, what happens for a home delivery is not explained. Tesla has sales license in my state but no store.

Any experience? I am asking so that I have enough time to do the paperwork from my credit union before delivery.

I am getting home delivery tomorrow, I paid my part of the payment online and am giving them the cashiers check from my credit union at delivery. I already confirmed with them about this.

I took delivery of mine 2 weeks ago. They told me I had to pay in full before they would contact the 3rd party delivery service. I paid on a Friday and took delivery the following Thursday. The car came in an enclosed double-decker 18 wheeler trailer and had absolutely nothing wrong with it. It was actually a very pleasant experience.
