Do software updates or hard reboots reset car settings?

    I just picked the car up yesterday and have noticed the system hasn't been saving my settings such as walk away door locking or door lock alert/honk. I did update the car today, and did a hard reboot of the car. Could either of these things cause it to not save my settings?

    Yeah they made me one at the dealership when I picked the car up. Its the only profile there is. Is there any way the car could not be selecting my profile sometimes?

    What software version are you on? It’ll show at the bottom of the app on your phone

    2019.40.50.1 just updated today afterward it seemed to reset some of my profile settings. The problem is intermittent. Its happened maybe three times out of about 10 total short drives since Ive gotten the car. Its annoying not knowing if the cars going to lock when I walk away from it.
