Weighing up a new M3 (when they finally announce the PCP prices) or a used Model S, in theory if Tesla did PCP for used cars the difference in cost shouldn't be huge, it'd be more down to what ends up being a more suitable car.
I found some old threads saying Tesla did offer PCP on used, but that might be old news as it doesn't seem to come up as an option on the site when going through the purchase route.
