Do the Gemini/Apollo/other 19x9.5 wheels fit over the MY Performance brakes?

I was talking with a Tesla Service person, not an SA but someone that works in the service department at a service center, about winter wheel options and he informed me that the Geminis don't fit over the MY Performance brakes? Is that true?

I ordered a pair of Replika R241s in 19x9.5 size and I'm concerned, being the same size as the Geminis that they won't fit.


Their exact statement was:

The gemini wheels (which is actually the Apollo) DO NOT clear vertically, from what we have seen.

Oh great that's good to know. He really had me worried I'd just spent all this money on a winter setup and was going to have to try and sell it on the marketplace and get another set before the car gets here. Thanks for your response!
