Does a basic no option order get faster delivery?

Considering placing an order for a Model Y LR non performance. Was back and forth between paint color and the hitch or not, but was curious if the default white with black interior and no hitch or other options would get fulfilled faster.

I ordered the basic no option model LR, white, black interior, no tow, 19in wheel, no FSD two weeks ago, when the website said delivery will be in 3-6 weeks. I just got a text saying that it will be delivered in 4-6 weeks lol. So I guess it doesn't really make it faster.

Spreadsheet shows if you go to back orders from a few months that the mostly August deliveries are majority with tow.
I vehemently disagree that no tow hitch is just as slow as with hitch order. Nope.
