Does anyone with FSD have V10 in the Chicago area?

I live in the Chicago area, have FSD and have my software updates set to advance but I don't have V10 yet. I was wondering if it reached the Chicago area yet.

It doesn't roll out by city so the poll is somewhat meaningless if you are using it to determine if you are about to get an update.
