Does HW3 upgrade on a Model S add side cameras?

Hi, I've owned a Model S 2016 for a few months now.
I would like to upgrade to HW3. I understand my car has no B pillar cameras. Does the HW3 upgrade add these? Not having them means a big blind spot for autopilot/FSD

2016 Model S comes in 2 flavors:

1) Single-camera version in front, (rear camera doesn't count because it's not for automation) and
2) 8 cameras for automation purpose

So since you have a single-camera version, adding HW3 computer does not help to act as an 8 camera version.

If you don’t have B pillar and repeater cameras you have an Autopilot 1 vehicle which can’t be upgraded to HW3 or FSD.
