Does Model S 60 actually have a 75 battery?

    Thank You Mike for Info. Just one more question: When the battery has been charged to 100%, there is no more recuperation on next 10 Miles or so. Does this apply also for the 60D?

    You mean regenerative braking? It is unaffected at 100%.

    Someone asked if people would buy a 60 with an actual 60 pack. I would have, as they were offering the 60D for a short while after the D unveiling in 2014. I ordered one but it was cancelled after they only received a few dozen orders for it and none were built. I suppose that means people think 60 is a bit small but like the idea of being able to easily upgrade to 75 and future proof the car.
