Does red Model Y still qualify for EDD before $500 increase?

This is what Tesla has posted:

Price Caps
The vehicle price at time of delivery must not exceed the following caps. This price includes optional equipment physically attached to the vehicle at the time of delivery and excludes software features, taxes and fees.

1. Model 3: $55,000
2. Model Y with 5 seats: $55,000
3. Model Y with 7 seats: $80,000

Does vehicle price = MSRP or what we paid?
Does MSRP = the suggested price (minus fees, taxes, etc) at time of order or delivery?

MSRP at the time of delivery is used as the price for the purpose of the Federal tax credit.

If it was ordered before the $500 increase then it should list the MSRP at time of order on your purchase agreement.

The price you will pay is in your order agreement they sent as a pdf via email. They won’t change that price.
