Does v10 add audio and video support to the browser?

I just installed a pi zero w as my sentry drive. I was thinking that with this setup it might be possible to put a small http server on the pi and serve up a website that would allow me to view the sentry cam recordings inside the car.

I played a video at cnn.com in the browser, it took a little while to load, but it did play

I can verify that v10 does support audio/video on the browser when the vehicle is in park. If you are driving audio will be muted and video playback gives you an error to play.

    Confirmed Audio:
    • Apple Music
    • Soundcloud
    • Spotify Web App

    Confirmed Video:
    • Twitter
    • CNN
    • Porn sites (LOL)

I was able to play live TV through Plex on the browser, via my local NAS plex server, sound and video. Not sure if there's a Plex server for Pi, but it would serve dashcam videos.

Plex might be a bit more robust then what we'd need. I think a simple python https "server" that can serve up a PWA (Angular, React, etc...) would be sufficient.

No. I'm on hardware v3 with no FSD so it appears I'm last on the list.
