I turn my Dolby on and the next day or so it turns itself off. Is there a way to fix that without a service center visit?

Welcome to every Tesla ever made. My 2013 randomly turns off surround and resets it's tone controls. It's a known bug and it seems like it's always been a known bug.

Thanks Mike. Did a search on it and didn't come up with anything. Appreciate the help.

I've never had that happen. I do, however, randomly lose radio presets. Not all of them, just one usually.

FYI, make sure you don't press the center button of your right wheel as this selects and unselects presets/favorites.

But isn't that the only way to change the right screen view?

Nawwww. For Tune-In and FM, use the left forward and reverse buttons on the steering wheel to change the station.

Was hoping I was doing something wrong to cause the Dolby to turn off. Bummer it's just a software bug.

Yea. I've gotten into the habit of checking as soon as I start my music.

Typically Bluetooth my music instead of slacker.

I have a driver profile that moves the seat back and steering wheel up to exit the car. Sometimes I set the air condioner or music when I enter the car before I select my driver profile for driving. WHen I do this the settings are saved in my "exit" mode instead of my driving mode. Wondering if you are doing something like that and the dolby setting appears to be changnig but it was saved in another driver profile.

I have never had this problem. Prior to the last update I didn't hear enough value to use the Dolby. And even with the new release, when the volume is way up (8+), it's a toss-up. So,..maybe you could just turn the volume up:)

Yes If you hold the button but not if you only rapidly press once. Try it at a standard radio station, you'll see the heart "favorite" logo change if you press the center right button quick once. At first I was also wondering why I was losing my favorites. Let me know if it works.
