Dome Light- Where to find Higher lumens LED aftermarket kit?

They are terribly weak touch lights on the dome and I always have to use other portable LED lights for reading. I don't see any aftermarket LED replacement kit for this touch lights. Can someone help me out please?

Agree, the dome lights are too dim for any kind of reading.

Strangely even the most popular vendors like Abstract Ocean don't have the replacement kit for this. Perhaps the touch sensitive lights are difficult to replace ????
