I didn’t get any before pictures, but my model y wasn't bad compared to some I have seen, but the most annoying part of mine was sitting in the car and looking in the side mirror, my rear door was lower that the driver’s door and the black trim you could see step down by almost 1/8 inch
Tesla would not help so I decided to do myself, if you try this it’s very easy to lose control of the door, so I recommend patience, I recommend plastic tools to help with gaps and I recommend a closed room when you start screaming . Loosening the hinge bolts will make the door move a lot more than I thought I loosened the four bolts, and this will move the door to the point it won’t close.
Anyway, one hour later the door was perfect. now I can see why Tesla don't want to mess with this as it can be a long task for them without any jig. I am sure all they do is what I did and just loosen bolts and start trying to align.
Now I need to touch up the bolts as the paint will flake off when you loosen.
