Door left open while in queue for service?

Hello guys,

I dropped my car off for some small service this morning, and in my app it shows the driver’s door open all day. I asked my advisor and he said my car is still in queue waiting to be serviced.

So my question is: is it normal for the app to show the driver’s door as open while waiting for service? Is the door actually closed? I don’t want my car to be sitting in some parking lot with a door open, that wouldn’t be good for the interior.

I asked my advisor about it but not heard back yet.
