I think my door panel might have been damaged by the mechanic at the service center. Since I can’t prove they did it, it appears I have to deal with it myself. Anyway I just want to see what you guys think about these two rips, any tips on repairing it?

Mention it to your service center. They may replace it even if there is no proof one way or the other.

Try a wrecking yard for the part. I bet you can find it inexpensively.

I had a dent in the silver portion of the driver's door panel following a service visit. I too wasn't sure if they were the cause. But I mentioned it to my SC, not placing blame on them, and they replaced the panel for free.
That silver trim portion is awfully delicate. For instance, if your passenger let's go of the seat belt allowing it to fly into the side of the car, you can expect to receive a fair number of dents.
