Double order 5 and 7 seats MY?

I can not decide between the two and would like to see it first before making final decision. FSD price is scheduled to increase by $1K soon. My understanding is that every time, you modify the configuration, the current price will take effect.

So in order to lock in the current price, should I place two orders? I will cancel one when it is available in the showroom.

Any disadvantage with this strategy? besides lending $2500 to Tesla for a few months.

There is a good chance your 5 seater would be delivered long before a 7 seater shows up in the Tesla showroom for you to evaluate. Does that count as a disadvantage?

i ordered the 7 seater but am not sure that’s a good decision.
