I have the green download icon on my screen and yet the software tab says i'm up to date with 2021.3.105 - any ideas ?? I've tried a reset to no avail

It maybe for an entertainment/game or nav update

It will say things are up to date even when there is an entertainment/game or nav update. You can easily rule out a nav update, but entertainment/game updates are pretty much invisible unless you just happen to catch the download/install - its not unheard of for them to get stuck and need a request to Tesla to get them to fix it - that can be checked under each game to see if any are waiting for updates.

This one got stuck so I knew exactly when Tesla were going to push a refresh and managed to catch it in progress - game updates are very small so download/install quickly.

If it's downloading very very slowly for whatever reason, I wonder if the reset just put it back to the start.

Is WiFi working fine, i.e. can load any webpage in the browser?

I got rid of it by forcing a software re-install, let's see if it appears again
