To update for future info on repair work in/out of warranty....
1) In shop appt can change to mobile service. When it changes over, appt shows up on Tesla app, but I didn't get any notification for it.
2) You can't reach a live person at the service center unless your car is in the shop.
3) The yellow ring issue can be fixed by mobile service in CA but not many other states.
4) Rep said to let the yellow ring get darker to orange color before doing the light box treatment, or you may have to do it again for $40.
