Drive to the Coast - Dilemma

So we're heading to the Coast tomorrow (2 hour drive each way) and I have a bit of a dilemma. Do I go in the Tesla and have the luxuries of autopilot, speed, caraoke for the kids and just the general comfort that comes with the Tesla? The downside is we're going to the Beach and there will be sand everywhere in the car after this... Anybody have experience of this pain?

Alternative option is to go in the second car (Qashqai) without most of the luxuries but not have to worry about sand.

What would you do?

Go in the Tesla. You can always hoover it. Its there to be enjoyed!

We have solved that dilemma- Qashqai was replaced with our Tesla!

Dry sand ought to be easy enough to remove. Bit of a pain, but nothing a hoover won't fix quickly. It's just the nooks that could get annoying.

Cling film all occupants before re-entering.

Exactly, do all that to each person before they are allowed back in the car otherwise the sand will fall out of their nooks and get everywhere...

Can confirm. Had to vacuum a fair bit of California sand from my car on collection day.
