Need help figuring this out...profile #1 with key linked to fob 1 will not restore profile or saved settings, Profile #2 with key linked to fob #2 works perfectly. Fob 2 will change from profile #1 and will change saved settings. I have deleted profile #1, unlinked fob #1 and still can not get it to work.... did hard reboots, just havent done a full factory rest. Any suggestions, on 2019 28.3.1...really hoping this is a software thing...I don’t drive the X often.

decided to bite the bullet and wait 45 mins on phone with Tesla support...solution was to remove the battery from the fob for 30 secs to reset it
