There are plenty of issues with the Model X, and it's obvious the factory is having issues ramping up... but there is no reason to start calling any X a "lemon" until it's really a lemon.
In California, there is a fairly simple "Lemon Law" process -- and no, you don't need to hire a lawyer, threaten a lawsuit... or sue Tesla. See: http://www.dca.ca.gov/acp/pdf_files/englemn.pdf - As such, Tesla will likely want to resolve your issues before it gets to this point.
To be clear, the door functions are not compromised so it may just be cosmetic. Will post what service finds out. I love this car, truly amazing in every respect.
May just be cosmetic (btw: are you getting unreasonably loud cabin noise when driving) but if down the road you even plan to sell the X into the private market that misalignment could impact your sale price/ability to sell.
