What are your thoughts that Tesla has moved its driver Instrument cluster to the central 15" horizontal display to be shared with other apps such as navigation, music...?

I am concerned that it might a little more time to look down toward the central console display just to read your speed, range, time, temperature, energy consumption ...

Of course, with Autopilot, you can take time to read the numbers, but it only functions in very limited scenarios, not on city streets nor highways with no divided medians.

The 2016 Prius also moved that to central portion but high up next to the windshield so it's there when you look at the road without looking down.
