Driver rear door will not unlatch from exterior

Seems after my latest service the rear door on the drivers side when unlocked does not operate.

No click nothing, though from the inside it works. This is once the initial walk up and getting into the car happens. Will unlock form inside switch.

Did you turn on that new option under locks forget what it is called (hold drivers lock to open all doors)? When I turned that on my rear doors no longer opened even if I held the button down? Turned it back off and everything is fine again. Was in last software update.

Hmm I don’t recall turning it on as the other doors unlock just fine
