Driver Seat Bulging Spring?

Has anyone else had a seat issue like this? Looks to be a bulging spring in the drivers right side seat pan bolster. This is on a 6 month old 2020 Model S, and before anyone makes any wise cracks, I'm 6'2" and 245lb Service appointment is set for this coming Friday.

I have the same issue less pronounced 2016 model S

Service appointment changed by Tesla until mid June so they can get parts - hopefully this means a new seat
