Driver side mirror frame stuck

I went out to my "Y" and as I pulled out on the street, I saw that the driver side mirror frame was rotated out. It appears to be stuck. I have not used undo force, but it won't budge. The controls still adjust the mirror itself. There is no way, given where it was parked, that it was hit. I've scheduled service, but it's a week out. Anyone ever hear of this? Picture attached.

It should swing back. I think you need to try harder.

IF you're not up to it, schedule mobile service, (which could take weeks).

You can't use it the way it is, what have you got to lose? You will still have to have it serviced at some point if you cant force it back.

Mirrors do that, just push it back in to place.
