Driving efficiency decrease with V10

I have not been driving with climate control on because temperatures are so moderate.

Ok. In that case it is possibly interesting. Still, the colder mornings mean denser air and flatter tires. Where in SoCal are you?

Personally, I have noticed evening and mornings are a lot colder than they were a few weeks ago. It can matter.

Valencia/Simi Valley. Commute is on the 126. I go pretty slow since Autopilot with steering limits speeds to 60-65.

Several people have said weather. Which this will be my first fall with the car. I just find it interesting that it also coincides with V10 release.

One strange thing I have noticed though since V10, and I've had my car over a year. Sometimes, after my nightly charge is complete (and I get the notice on my app), I will enter my car to find something like a 12-15 mile vampire drain for no reason, and the car actively charging. The next morning, same weather, same conditions, there will be no drain at all. It's very odd and very random.

Anyone else experience this?
