Every once in a while a video pops up on the internet showing some idiot driving his Tesla on autopilot while sleeping. How is this even possible without keeping constant torque on the steering wheel?

I remember the “workaround” using an orange on the steering wheel

i currently use an ankle weight bracelet. seems like the cheapest thing that can wrap around the steering wheel and has velcro

Samsung Galaxy Note 9 with 3 surface cover...weighted just right and hangs off the steering wheel nicely . I cannot upgrade to a new one as its too light.
