Driving with a mix of summer/winter wheels

This seems to me like a silly question. People drive with a spare tire all the time, but I am checking to see if there would be any issue with the temporary use of one of my winter wheels/tires while my other tire is repaired or replaced.

I have stock 2013 Model S wheels and Michelin Primacy MXM4 tires. They were shelved over the winter. I mounted them all today, only to notice that one had a nail in the tread (center of the treads, not sidewall) and about 20 PSI (the other three 45+ PSI).

Is there any issue mounting one of my Rial Lugano wheels with a Michelin Xi3 tire and doing some short distance driving for the next day or so?

Thanks!

I would only use on an emergency basis. With wear, wheel sizes may very slightly and can throw off your ride. Also, if you have air suspension, you may confuse the car. Lastly, you may end up doing a lot of wear on those soft silicon winter tires if the roads get too hot.
