DRL's standard on all cars?

I would like to see this as a feature on the display: An itemized list of all the features in that car. Given the amount of differences between cars, for the resale market this would be wonderful as one could take a picture of that list and post it. This would easily supplant all the arguments/questions that erupt whenever someone gets the feature list wrong in a "for sale" posting.

As it turns out, the demo I purchased was indeed manufactured during a drls as not standard equipment period in 2014 and my car does not have drl lighting.

I apparently had forgotten which car I had seen the drl button on. Personally I don't consider the lack of drls to be a big deal.

I would like to have as on cloudy days, I think the old running lights work well for other poor and non-attentive drives.
1. Since my car was vanilla when purchased, how do I tell if it has DRL? can I see them physically on the headlight lens?
2. Does anyone know if it can be added?
