Drop in Range After Battery Going to Zero?

I have a late 2018 MX 75D. It was with the SC and body shop to fix the issues found at delivery for over 8 weeks. While at the SC, they did not charge it and the battery went down to zero. They also had to check the heater because the car was not heating up. They didn't seem to have swapped any parts though.

Though I don't have much data to compare the post SC visit with the pre SC range, from the data that I do have it's certain that I got really low range. I never got over about 125 miles range. I drive really carefully and never hit the pedal unless in a potential accident situation. I rarely see under 325Wh while driving.

SC, of course, always refused to look to see if there is something they can find and fix the range issue. Do I have any options to get SC to help me other than the attorney route?

Any ideas or guesses why my range is so low compared to other 75D MX owners'?
